These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of Azizijobs Sites and Services by all job seekers, employers, or other users ("You"). By using Azizijobs, you agree to these Terms, which also include the Azizijobs Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is a part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference.


These Terms create a legally binding agreement between You and Azizijobs Worldwide, Inc. or the Azizijobs company operating the website in the country where You reside or conduct business (“Azizijobs”). By using or accessing any Azizijobs Site or Azizijobs Service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge that You are bound by them. If You do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Azizijobs Sites and Azizijobs Services.


The Azizijobs Sites refer to any websites that are under the control of Azizijobs, whether in part or in full, including but not limited to Azizijobs.com and the website from which these terms of use were accessed. The Azizijobs Services refer to the applications and services provided by Azizijobs, which includes an online service for posting and searching for job opportunities, as well as any mobile applications or interfaces that allow access to such services (collectively, "Azizijobs Services"). The Azizijobs Sites also allow Users to create individual Profiles, which may include personal information, and to make them public. Additionally, Azizijobs may collect information about You from publicly available websites and use this information to create a Profile or add to an existing Profile.


Azizijobs reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version to this URL. We recommend that You check this URL regularly to ensure that You are aware of the most recent version of the Terms, as they are legally binding on You.


Users who fail to comply with these Terms may have their access to and use of the Azizijobs Sites suspended or terminated at the discretion of Azizijobs.


To use any Azizijobs Site, you must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of 18 or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must use the Azizijobs Site with the supervision of a parent, legal guardian, or other responsible adult



1. Use of Azizijobs Content.

By agreeing to these Terms, you are granted permission by Azizijobs to access and use the Azizijobs Sites and its content, including the Azizijobs Content, for your personal and non-commercial use. You may download and print a single copy of the content available on the Azizijobs Sites. The Azizijobs Content, which includes text, graphics, images, videos, logos, software, audio files, and other content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws, and is the property of Azizijobs or its licensors. The compilation of all content on the Azizijobs Sites is exclusively owned by Azizijobs and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Any unauthorized use of the Azizijobs Content is strictly prohibited and may violate applicable laws and regulations. You must preserve all copyright, trademark, service mark, and other proprietary notices contained in the original Azizijobs Content on any authorized copy You make of the Azizijobs Content.


Any code created by Azizijobs to generate or display any Azizijobs Content or the pages comprising any Azizijobs' Site is also protected by Azizijobs' copyright. You are not authorized to copy or modify such code.


You agree not to sell or modify the Azizijobs Content. You also agree not to reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use the Azizijobs Content for any public or commercial purpose, unless it is in connection with the products or services provided by the Azizijobs Sites. You cannot use the Azizijobs Content in a way that is likely to cause confusion among consumers, disparages or discredits Azizijobs or its licensors, dilutes the strength of Azizijobs' or its licensor’s property, or infringes Azizijobs' or its licensor’s intellectual property rights. Any code that Azizijobs creates to generate or display any Azizijobs Content or the pages making up any Application or Service is also protected by Azizijobs' copyright, and you may not copy or adapt such code.



2. Use of Azizijobs Services

The job advertisements, resume database, and other features of Azizijobs Sites, including the diversity and veteran databases if applicable, can only be used by job seekers and employers seeking employees. The Azizijobs Networking and Profiles can be used by individuals for professional and personal networking purposes. If you have any Master Services Agreement or other contracts with Azizijobs, your use of Azizijobs Services is subject to those terms. In case of any conflict between these Terms and any MSA or contract you have with Azizijobs, the terms of your MSA or contract will be applicable. The term "post" means any information that you submit, publish, or display on an Azizijobs Site.

It is your responsibility to keep your account, profile, and passwords confidential. You should not share your password or other access information with anyone else, whether temporarily or permanently. You are responsible for any and all uses of your Azizijobs account and password, even if they were not authorized by you. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, profile, or password, you must notify Azizijobs immediately.


All Users of Azizijobs Agree to not:

(a) violate any applicable law or regulation, including but not limited to laws or regulations governing the collection, processing, or transfer of personal information, or breach Azizijobs' privacy policy, by transmitting, posting, distributing, storing or destroying material, including without limitation Azizijobs Content.

(b) do not take any action that puts an unreasonable or excessively large load on the infrastructure of any Azizijobs Site.

(c) you are not allowed to use any device, other than the tools provided by Azizijobs Site or generally available third-party web browsers, to navigate or search any Azizijobs Site. If you want to use any other tools, you need to get approval from Azizijobs.

(d) Use any method to extract data, such as data mining, robots, or similar tools that gather information from Azizijobs Site without permission;

(e) Attempt to breach the security of any Azizijobs Site, including trying to test the vulnerability of a system or network or attempting to bypass security or authentication measures without proper authorization.

(f) Do not manipulate any part of an e-mail or newsgroup posting, including the TCP/IP packet header;

(g) Do not reverse engineer or decompile any part of any Azizijobs Site;

(h) Do not copy or duplicate any Azizijobs Content or information available from any Azizijobs Site, including expired job ads, except as permitted by these Terms;

(i) Do not frame or link to any Azizijobs Content or information available from any Azizijobs Site, unless permitted by these Terms;

(j) Do not post any content or material that promotes false or misleading information or illegal activities, or endorses illegal activities or other activities prohibited by these Terms, such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, providing or creating computer viruses, or pirating media;

(k) Do not post any resume or Profile or apply for any job on behalf of another party;

(l) Do not defer any contact from an employer to any agent, agency, or other third party;

(m) Do not set more than one copy of the same resume to public at any one time;

(n) Do not share login credentials to any Azizijobs Site with a third party;

(o) Do not access data not intended for You or log into a server or account which You are not authorized to access;

(p) Do not post or submit to any Azizijobs Site any incomplete, false or inaccurate biographical information or information which is not Your own;

(q) Do not post content that contains restricted or password-only access pages, or hidden pages or images;

(r) Do not solicit passwords or personally identifiable information from other Users;

(s) Do not delete or alter any material posted by any other person or entity;

(t) Do not harass, incite harassment or advocate harassment of any group, company, or individual;

(u) Do not send unsolicited mail or email, make unsolicited phone calls or send unsolicited texts, tweets, or faxes promoting and/or advertising products or services to any User, or contact any users that have specifically requested not to be contacted by You;

(v) Do not attempt to interfere with service to any User, host or network, including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus to any Azizijobs Site, overloading, "flooding", "spamming", "mail bombing" or "crashing";

(w) Do not promote or endorse an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as providing or making available pirated computer programs or links to them, providing or making available information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing or making available pirated music or other media or links to pirated music or other media files; and

(x) Do not use the Azizijobs Services for any unlawful purpose or any illegal activity, or post or submit any content, resume, or job ad that is defamatory, libelous, implicitly or explicitly offensive, vulgar, obscene, threatening, abusive, hateful, racist, discriminatory, of a menacing character, or likely to cause annoyance, inconvenience, embarrassment, anxiety, or could cause harassment to any person, or include any links to pornographic, indecent, or sexually explicit material of any kind, as determined by Azizijobs' discretion.

If there are any violations of Azizijobs Site's system or network security, it may result in legal consequences such as civil and/or criminal liability. Azizijobs will conduct an investigation into any such violations and may collaborate with law enforcement agencies in the prosecution of any Users who are found to be involved in such violations.



3. Additional Terms Applicable to Employers.

Azizijobs' Sites are not employers and they are not responsible for employment decisions made by any entity posting jobs on their platforms. Employers are solely responsible for the job postings they make on Azizijobs' Sites.

If you choose to cancel your employer account or if your account is terminated, all of your account information, including saved resumes, network contacts, and email mailing lists, will be marked as deleted in Azizijobs' databases. However, due to delays in propagating the deletion through Azizijobs' web servers, some information may continue to be available for a certain period of time.

Job Add

A Job Add May not contain:

(a) Using hyperlinks that are not authorized by Azizijobs;

(b) Using misleading, unreadable, or "hidden" keywords, repeated keywords, or irrelevant keywords to the job being presented;

(c) Using the names, logos or trademarks of unaffiliated companies other than those of your customer, unless expressly agreed by Azizijobs;

(d) Using the names of colleges, cities, states, towns or countries that are unrelated to the job posting;

(e) Posting more than one job or job description;

(f) Posting more than one location or job category, unless the product allows for it;

(g) Providing inaccurate, false, or misleading information; and

(h) Posting material or links to material that exploits people in a sexual, violent, or other manner or solicits personal information from anyone under 18.


You may not use your Azizijobs job Ad or Profiles to:

(a) Post job ads that violate any local, national, or international laws related to labor and employment, equal opportunity employment, employment eligibility requirements, data privacy, data access and use, and intellectual property.

(b) Post job ads that require citizenship of a particular country or lawful permanent residence in a country as a condition of employment, except where required by law, regulations, executive order, or government contract.

(c) Include any screening requirement or criterion in a job ad that is not an actual and legal requirement of the posted job.

(d) Determine a consumer's eligibility for credit or insurance for personal, family, or household purposes; employment; or a government license or benefit with respect to profiles.

(e) Promote or advertise career fairs, job fairs, hiring events, conferences, seminars, open houses, or any other events or meetings.

(f) Post job ads or other content that promotes or advertises competitors of Azizijobs, or that contains links to competitive sites.

(g) Sell, promote, or advertise products or services.

(h) Post any franchise, pyramid scheme, "club membership," distributorship, multi-level marketing opportunity, or sales representative agency arrangement.

(i) Post any business opportunity that requires upfront or periodic payment, or requires recruitment of other members, sub-distributors, or sub-agents.

(j) Post any business opportunity that pays commission only, unless the ad clearly states that the available job pays commission only and clearly describes the product or service that the job seeker would be selling.

(k) Promote any opportunity that does not represent genuine employment, as indicated by the employer's use of IRS forms W-2 or 1099.

(l) Post jobs on any Azizijobs site for modeling, acting, talent, or entertainment agencies or talent scouting positions.

(m) Advertise sexual services or seek employees for jobs of a sexual nature.

(n) Request the use of human body parts or the donation of human parts, including reproductive services such as egg donation and surrogacy.

(o) Endorse a political party, political agenda, political position, or issue.

(p) Promote a religion.

(q) Post jobs located in countries subject to economic sanctions of the United States Government.

(r) Except where allowed by applicable law, post jobs that require the applicant to provide information relating to their racial or ethnic origin, political beliefs, philosophical or religious beliefs, trade union membership, physical or mental health (including pregnancy status), sexual life, criminal offences or proceedings, or age.

Azizijobs has the right to delete any job advertisement or content from any Azizijobs site if it is found to be non-compliant with the above-mentioned terms or if the content is deemed to be not in the best interest of Azizijobs, at the reasonable discretion of Azizijobs.


If you provide false information or mislead Azizijobs about your business activities at any time while using the Azizijobs Services, Azizijobs has the right to terminate your use of the Azizijobs Services.


Resume Database

Use of the Resume Database by Employer

You are allowed to use the Resume Database only as specified in these Terms and any agreement you have with Azizijobs. You should use the Resume Database in compliance with all relevant privacy and data protection laws, and you agree that you will not share any data obtained from the Resume Database with any third party unless you are an authorized recruitment agency, staffing agency, advertising agency, or another agency explicitly using the resumes for employment purposes.


This term means that when using the Resume Database provided by Azizijobs, you are prohibited from engaging in any activity that can harm the business, prospects, performance, or function of any Azizijobs site or the Resume Database. You are also not allowed to interfere with other subscribers' ability to access the Resume Database. The use of the Resume Database must comply with Azizijobs' terms and conditions and applicable privacy and data protection laws.


You are responsible for safeguarding the data you obtain from the Resume Database, and must take appropriate measures to prevent loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction of such data. You must not share your Resume Database login credentials for a seat-based license with any other party, nor share your login credentials for a pay-per-view license with any party.



The following are prohibited uses of the Resume Database and the information obtained from it:

(a) for any purpose other than as an employer seeking employees. This includes, but is not limited to, advertising promotions, products, or services to any resume holders.

(b) to send excessive frequency emails, text messages or make phone calls to resume holders that are irrelevant to their work history or location or unlikely to be of interest to them, as determined by Azizijobs' sole discretion.

(c) to make unsolicited phone calls, faxes, or send unsolicited mail, email, or newsletters to resume holders or contact any individual who has not agreed to be contacted, or who has informed you that they do not want to be contacted. If express consent is not required, then the individual must not have informed you that they do not want to be contacted.

(d) to source candidates or contact job seekers or resume holders regarding career fairs and business opportunities that are prohibited by these Terms.

(e) take any other action that Azizijobs, in its sole discretion, considers inconsistent with these Terms of Use, misleading or incomplete, or in violation of any Federal, State, Local law, statute, code, rule, or regulation.


4. Additional Terms Applicable to Job Seeker.

When you sign up for an account on any Azizijobs website, you will be asked to provide certain information, such as your name, zip code, career and education level, and a valid email address. You may be able to log in using your Facebook, Google, or another account. Any profile or resume you submit must accurately represent you as an individual and not include any contact information other than your name.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and content of any resume or materials you upload to the Azizijobs sites. Azizijobs may offer third-party products or services based on your preferences, and these may be offered by Azizijobs or third parties.

You understand that you do not own your Azizijobs account, and if you cancel it or it is terminated, your account information, including resumes, profiles, cover letters, saved jobs, and questionnaires, may be deleted from Azizijobs' databases and public areas of the site. Third parties may retain saved copies of your information, and there may be delays in deleting it from Azizijobs' servers. Please see the Azizijobs Privacy Policy for more information.



Azizijobs has the right to delete your account and any information associated with it if you remain inactive for a significant period of time.



5. User Content and Submission

You understand that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, advertisements, messages or other materials submitted, posted or displayed by You on or through a Azizijobs Site ("User Content") is the sole responsibility of the person from which such User Content originated. Azizijobs claims no ownership or control over any User Content. You or a third party licensor, as appropriate, retain all patent, trademark and copyright to any User Content you submit, post or display on or through Azizijobs and you are responsible for protecting those rights, as appropriate. By submitting, posting or displaying User Content on or through Azizijobs, you grant Azizijobs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, distribute and publish such User Content through Azizijobs. In addition, by submitting, posting or displaying User Content which is intended to be available to the general public, you grant Azizijobs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, adapt, distribute and publish such User Content for the purpose of promoting Azizijobs and its services. Azizijobs will discontinue this licensed use within a commercially reasonable period after such User Content is removed from Azizijobs. Azizijobs reserves the right to refuse to accept, post, display or transmit any User Content in its sole discretion.

You also represent and warrant that You have the right to grant, or that the holder of any rights, including moral rights in such content has completely and effectively waived all such rights and validly and irrevocably granted to You the right to grant, the license stated above. If You post User Content in any public area of any Azizijobs Site, you also permit any User to access, display, view, store and reproduce such User Content for personal use. Subject to the foregoing, the owner of such User Content placed on any Azizijobs Site retains any and all rights that may exist in such User Content. Azizijobs may review and remove any User Content that, in its sole judgment, violates these Terms, violates applicable laws, rules or regulations, is abusive, disruptive, offensive or illegal, or violates the rights of, or harms or threatens the safety of, Users of any Azizijobs Site. Azizijobs reserves the right to expel Users and prevent their further access to the Azizijobs Sites and/or use of Azizijobs Services for violating the Terms or applicable laws, rules or regulations. Azizijobs may take any action with respect to User Content that it deems necessary or appropriate in its sole discretion if it believes that such User Content could create liability for Azizijobs, damage Azizijobs' brand or public image, or cause Azizijobs to lose Users or (in whole or in part) the services of its ISPs or other suppliers.

Azizijobs does not represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of User Content, derivative works from User Content, or any other communications posted by Users nor does Azizijobs endorse any opinions expressed by Users. You acknowledge that any reliance on material posted by other Users will be at Your own risk.

The following is a partial list of User Content that is prohibited on the Application. The list below is for illustration only and is not a complete list of all prohibited User Content.

Content that:

is implicitly or explicitly offensive, such as User Content that engages in, endorses or promotes racism, bigotry, discrimination, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;

harasses, incites harassment or advocates harassment of any group or individual;

involves the transmission of “junk mail”, “chain letters,” or unsolicited mass mailing, “spamming” or “phishing”;

promotes or endorses false or misleading information or illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous;

promotes or endorses an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as providing or making available pirated computer programs or links to them, providing or making available information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing or making available pirated music or other media or links to pirated music or other media files;

contains restricted or password only access pages, or hidden pages or images;

displays or links to pornographic, indecent or sexually explicit material of any kind;

provides or links to material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual, violent or other manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18; or

provides instructional information about illegal activities or other activities prohibited by these Terms, including without limitation, making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, providing or creating computer viruses or pirating any media; and

solicits passwords or personal identifying information from other Users.

Any Profile You submit must describe You, an individual person. Examples of inappropriate and prohibited Profiles include, but are not limited to, Profiles that purport to represent an animal, place, inanimate object, fictional character, or real individual that is not You.

You may not include, in any User Content submitted to Azizijobs Networking, information that may be interpreted as a direct solicitation, advertisement or recruitment for an available job position directed to individuals seeking employment on either a full time or part time basis. In order to protect our Azizijobs Community Users from commercial advertising or solicitation, Azizijobs reserves the right to restrict the number of e-mails or other messages which a User may send to other Users to a number which Azizijobs deems appropriate in its sole discretion.

Profiles derived from User Content may also be made available through the Azizijobs Sites. Azizijobs does not make any representations regarding the accuracy or validity of such derived works or their appropriateness for evaluation by employers. Derived Profiles may differ significantly from User Content.

We appreciate hearing from our Users and welcome Your comments regarding our services and the Azizijobs Sites. Please be advised, however, that our policy does not permit us to accept or consider creative ideas, suggestions, inventions or materials other than those which we have specifically requested. While we do value Your feedback on our services, please be specific in Your comments regarding our services and do not submit creative ideas, inventions, suggestions, or materials. If, despite our request, you send us creative suggestions, ideas, drawings, concepts, inventions, or other information (collectively the "Submission"), the Submission shall be the property of Azizijobs. None of the Submission shall be subject to any obligation of confidentiality on our part and we shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of any Submission. Azizijobs shall own exclusively all now known or later discovered rights to the Submission and shall be entitled to unrestricted use of the Submission for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation to You or any other person.

8. Azizijobs Liability


The Azizijobs Sites serve as platforms for employers to post job openings and review potential candidates, as well as for candidates to create profiles, submit resumes, and search for job opportunities. However, Azizijobs does not screen or censor any of the job listings or profiles posted on its sites. Moreover, Azizijobs does not take part in the actual transaction between employers and candidates, and therefore, is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the job openings or resumes posted, nor the accuracy of the listings, or the ability of employers and candidates to connect with each other. Azizijobs also does not make any representations about the jobs, resumes, or user-generated content on its sites.

While Azizijobs reserves the right to remove any user-generated content, job ads, or resumes from its sites, it is not obligated to do so and disclaims any liability for failing to take any such action, to the extent permitted by law.

Azizijobs Networking is another service offered by the company, which allows users to network for professional and personal purposes. However, Azizijobs does not screen or censor any of the profiles or user-generated content on its sites, and is not involved in the actual communications between users. As a result, Azizijobs has no control over the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the profiles or user-generated content submitted on its sites.

It is important to note that using the Azizijobs Sites comes with inherent risks, such as the risk of physical harm, dealing with underage persons or people acting under false pretenses. Users are responsible for using caution and common sense when interacting with other users on the site.

In the event of a dispute with one or more users, the user releases Azizijobs from any claims, demands, and damages of every kind and nature arising out of or connected with such disputes to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The Azizijobs Sites and Azizijobs Content may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors, and the use of these sites is at the user's own risk. Changes may be made to Azizijobs Sites at any time, and Azizijobs cannot guarantee specific results from using any of its sites. Users are encouraged to keep a backup copy of their user content, and Azizijobs is not liable for the deletion, loss, or unauthorized modification of any user content. If a user believes that something on the site violates the terms of use, they can contact Azizijobs designated agent. 10. Disclaimer of Consequential I Damage

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Azizijobs, its suppliers, or any third parties mentioned on any Azizijobs Site shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to incidental and consequential damages, lost profits, or damages resulting from lost data, lost employment opportunity, or business interruption resulting from the use or inability to use any Azizijobs Site and the Azizijobs Content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not Azizijobs is advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Limitation of Liability.

14. No Resale or Unauthorized Commercial Use.

By using the Azizijobs Sites, you agree that you will not sell or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to any other person or entity. Additionally, you agree that you will not use any of the Azizijobs Sites for any unauthorized commercial purposes, such as advertising, marketing, or promoting products or services without obtaining prior written consent from Azizijobs.



14. Indemnity.
By using any Azizijobs Site or providing any User Content or other materials to Azizijobs, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Azizijobs and its affiliates, as well as their officers, directors, employees, and agents, harmless from any claims, actions, or demands brought against them by a third party. This includes claims alleging that the User Content or other material you provided to the Azizijobs Site infringes on the rights of others, claims arising from your use of any Azizijobs Content, or claims resulting from your breach of these Terms.

You agree to pay for all damages, expenses, and costs incurred by Azizijobs and its affiliates, including reasonable legal and accounting fees, in defending against any such claims or demands. Azizijobs will notify you promptly of any such claim or proceeding, and you will cooperate fully in the defense of any such claim or proceeding.

15. General.

This paragraph explains that Azizijobs makes no guarantees that the content on their site can be viewed or accessed legally outside of the United States. It is the responsibility of the user to comply with the laws of their jurisdiction. Additionally, any software downloaded from the site is subject to United States export control laws and cannot be downloaded by individuals or entities in countries under U.S. embargo or on certain lists.

The terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, and any legal claims must be made in state or federal courts in Boston. When using the Azizijobs Sites on a mobile device, you agree that we may receive information about your use of the site, including your mobile carrier, device, and location. 17. Term and Termination.

These Terms will continue to apply as long as you are a user of any Azizijobs Site. Azizijobs may exercise its legal rights, including the removal of your user content from the Azizijobs Sites and termination of your registration or access to any services provided by Azizijobs, at its sole discretion and without notice, if you breach these Terms or provide unverifiable or unauthenticated information during registration. Certain provisions of these Terms will continue to apply even after you are no longer a user of the Azizijobs Sites, including Sections 1, 2, 5, and 7 through 16.

By using Azizijobs, you agree to these Terms, which also include the Azizijobs Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is a part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference.


These Terms create a legally binding agreement between You and Azizijobs Worldwide, Inc. or the Azizijobs company operating the website in the country where You reside or conduct business (“Azizijobs”). By using or accessing any Azizijobs Site or Azizijobs Service, You agree to these Terms and acknowledge that You are bound by them. If You do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Azizijobs Sites and Azizijobs Services.


The Azizijobs Sites refer to any websites that are under the control of Azizijobs, whether in part or in full, including but not limited to Azizijobs.com and the website from which these terms of use were accessed. The Azizijobs Services refer to the applications and services provided by Azizijobs, which includes an online service for posting and searching for job opportunities, as well as any mobile applications or interfaces that allow access to such services (collectively, "Azizijobs Services"). The Azizijobs Sites also allow Users to create individual Profiles, which may include personal information, and to make them public. Additionally, Azizijobs may collect information about You from publicly available websites and use this information to create a Profile or add to an existing Profile.


Azizijobs reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version to this URL. We recommend that You check this URL regularly to ensure that You are aware of the most recent version of the Terms, as they are legally binding on You.


Users who fail to comply with these Terms may have their access to and use of the Azizijobs Sites suspended or terminated at the discretion of Azizijobs.


To use any Azizijobs Site, you must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of 18 or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must use the Azizijobs Site with the supervision of a parent, legal guardian, or other responsible adult

You must preserve all copyright, trademark, service mark, and other proprietary notices contained in the original Azizijobs Content on any authorized copy You make of the Azizijobs Content.


Any code created by Azizijobs to generate or display any Azizijobs Content or the pages comprising any Azizijobs Site is also protected by Azizijobs copyright. You are not authorized to copy or modify such code.


You agree not to sell or modify the Azizijobs Content. You also agree not to reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use the Azizijobs Content for any public or commercial purpose, unless it is in connection with the products or services provided by the Azizijobs Sites. 2. Use of Azizijobs Services

The job advertisements, resume database, and other features of Azizijobs Sites, including the diversity and veteran databases if applicable, can only be used by job seekers and employers seeking employees. The Azizijobs Networking and Profiles can be used by individuals for professional and personal networking purposes. If you have any Master Services Agreement or other contracts with Azizijobs, your use of Azizijobs Services is subject to those terms. In case of any conflict between these Terms and any MSA or contract you have with Azizijobs, the terms of your MSA or contract will be applicable. The term "post" means any information that you submit, publish, or display on an Azizijobs Site.

It is your responsibility to keep your account, profile, and passwords confidential. You should not share your password or other access information with anyone else, whether temporarily or permanently. You are responsible for any and all uses of your Azizijobs account and password, even if they were not authorized by you. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, profile, or password, you must notify Azizijobs immediately.


All Users of Azizijobs Agree to not:

(a) violate any applicable law or regulation, including but not limited to laws or regulations governing the collection, processing, or transfer of personal information, or breach Azizijobs privacy policy, by transmitting, posting, distributing, storing or destroying material, including without limitation Azizijobs Content.

(b) do not take any action that puts an unreasonable or excessively large load on the infrastructure of any Azizijobs Site.

(c) you are not allowed to use any device, other than the tools provided by Azizijobs Site or generally available third-party web browsers, to navigate or search any Azizijobs Site. If you want to use any other tools, you need to get approval from Azizijobs.

(d) Use any method to extract data, such as data mining, robots, or similar tools that gather information from Azizijobs Site without permission;

(e) Attempt to breach the security of any Azizijobs Site, including trying to test the vulnerability of a system or network or attempting to bypass security or authentication measures without proper authorization.

(f) Do not manipulate any part of an e-mail or newsgroup posting, including the TCP/IP packet header;

(g) Do not reverse engineer or decompile any part of any Azizijobs Site;

(h) Do not copy or duplicate any Azizijobs Content or information available from any Azizijobs Site, including expired job ads, except as permitted by these Terms;

(i) Do not frame or link to any Azizijobs Content or information available from any Azizijobs Site, unless permitted by these Terms;

(j) Do not post any content or material that promotes false or misleading information or illegal activities, or endorses illegal activities or other activities prohibited by these Terms, such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, providing or creating computer viruses, or pirating media;

(k) Do not post any resume or Profile or apply for any job on behalf of another party;

(l) Do not defer any contact from an employer to any agent, agency, or other third party;

(m) Do not set more than one copy of the same resume to public at any one time;

(n) Do not share login credentials to any Azizijobs Site with a third party;

(o) Do not access data not intended for You or log into a server or account which You are not authorized to access;

(p) Do not post or submit to any Azizijobs Site any incomplete, false or inaccurate biographical information or information which is not Your own;

(q) Do not post content that contains restricted or password-only access pages, or hidden pages or images;

(r) Do not solicit passwords or personally identifiable information from other Users;

(s) Do not delete or alter any material posted by any other person or entity;

(t) Do not harass, incite harassment or advocate harassment of any group, company, or individual;

(u) Do not send unsolicited mail or email, make unsolicited phone calls or send unsolicited texts, tweets, or faxes promoting and/or advertising products or services to any User, or contact any users that have specifically requested not to be contacted by You;

(v) Do not attempt to interfere with service to any User, host or network, including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus to any Azizijobs Site, overloading, "flooding", "spamming", "mail bombing" or "crashing";

(w) Do not promote or endorse an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as providing or making available pirated computer programs or links to them, providing or making available information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing or making available pirated music or other media or links to pirated music or other media files; and

(x) Do not use the Azizijobs Services for any unlawful purpose or any illegal activity, or post or submit any content, resume, or job ad that is defamatory, libelous, implicitly or explicitly offensive, vulgar, obscene, threatening, abusive, hateful, racist, discriminatory, of a menacing character, or likely to cause annoyance, inconvenience, embarrassment, anxiety, or could cause harassment to any person, or include any links to pornographic, indecent, or sexually explicit material of any kind, as determined by Azizijobs discretion.

If there are any violations of Azizijobs Site's system or network security, it may result in legal consequences such as civil and/or criminal liability. Azizijobs will conduct an investigation into any such violations and may collaborate with law enforcement agencies in the prosecution of any Users who are found to be involved in such violations.



3. Additional Terms Applicable to Employers.

Azizijobs Sites are not employers and they are not responsible for employment decisions made by any entity posting jobs on their platforms. Employers are solely responsible for the job postings they make on Azizijobs Sites.

If you choose to cancel your employer account or if your account is terminated, all of your account information, including saved resumes, network contacts, and email mailing lists, will be marked as deleted in Azizijobs databases. However, due to delays in propagating the deletion through Azizijobs web servers, some information may continue to be available for a certain period of time.

Job Add

A Job Add May not contain:

(a) Using hyperlinks that are not authorized by Azizijobs;

(b) Using misleading, unreadable, or "hidden" keywords, repeated keywords, or irrelevant keywords to the job being presented;

(c) Using the names, logos or trademarks of unaffiliated companies other than those of your customer, unless expressly agreed by Azizijobs;

(d) Using the names of colleges, cities, states, towns or countries that are unrelated to the job posting;

(e) Posting more than one job or job description;

(f) Posting more than one location or job category, unless the product allows for it;

(g) Providing inaccurate, false, or misleading information; and

(h) Posting material or links to material that exploits people in a sexual, violent, or other manner or solicits personal information from anyone under 18.


You may not use your Azizijobs job Ad or Profiles to:

(a) Post job ads that violate any local, national, or international laws related to labor and employment, equal opportunity employment, employment eligibility requirements, data privacy, data access and use, and intellectual property.

(b) Post job ads that require citizenship of a particular country or lawful permanent residence in a country as a condition of employment, except where required by law, regulations, executive order, or government contract.

(c) Include any screening requirement or criterion in a job ad that is not an actual and legal requirement of the posted job.

(d) Determine a consumer's eligibility for credit or insurance for personal, family, or household purposes; employment; or a government license or benefit with respect to profiles.

(e) Promote or advertise career fairs, job fairs, hiring events, conferences, seminars, open houses, or any other events or meetings.

(f) Post job ads or other content that promotes or advertises competitors of Azizijobs, or that contains links to competitive sites.

(g) Sell, promote, or advertise products or services.

(h) Post any franchise, pyramid scheme, "club membership," distributorship, multi-level marketing opportunity, or sales representative agency arrangement.

(i) Post any business opportunity that requires upfront or periodic payment, or requires recruitment of other members, sub-distributors, or sub-agents.

(j) Post any business opportunity that pays commission only, unless the ad clearly states that the available job pays commission only and clearly describes the product or service that the job seeker would be selling.

(k) Promote any opportunity that does not represent genuine employment, as indicated by the employer's use of IRS forms W-2 or 1099.

(l) Post jobs on any Azizijobs site for modeling, acting, talent, or entertainment agencies or talent scouting positions.

(m) Advertise sexual services or seek employees for jobs of a sexual nature.

(n) Request the use of human body parts or the donation of human parts, including reproductive services such as egg donation and surrogacy.

(o) Endorse a political party, political agenda, political position, or issue.

(p) Promote a religion.

(q) Post jobs located in countries subject to economic sanctions of the United States Government.

(r) Except where allowed by applicable law, post jobs that require the applicant to provide information relating to their racial or ethnic origin, political beliefs, philosophical or religious beliefs, trade union membership, physical or mental health (including pregnancy status), sexual life, criminal offences or proceedings, or age.

Azizijobs has the right to delete any job advertisement or content from any Azizijobs site if it is found to be non-compliant with the above-mentioned terms or if the content is deemed to be not in the best interest of Azizijobs, at the reasonable discretion of Azizijobs.


If you provide false information or mislead Azizijobs about your business activities at any time while using the Azizijobs Services, Azizijobs has the right to terminate your use of the Azizijobs Services.


Resume Database

Use of the Resume Database by Employer

You are allowed to use the Resume Database only as specified in these Terms and any agreement you have with Azizijobs. You should use the Resume Database in compliance with all relevant privacy and data protection laws, and you agree that you will not share any data obtained from the Resume Database with any third party unless you are an authorized recruitment agency, staffing agency, advertising agency, or another agency explicitly using the resumes for employment purposes.


This term means that when using the Resume Database provided by Azizijobs, you are prohibited from engaging in any activity that can harm the business, prospects, performance, or function of any Azizijobs site or the Resume Database. You are also not allowed to interfere with other subscribers' ability to access the Resume Database. The use of the Resume Database must comply with Azizijobs terms and conditions and applicable privacy and data protection laws.


You are responsible for safeguarding the data you obtain from the Resume Database, and must take appropriate measures to prevent loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction of such data. You must not share your Resume Database login credentials for a seat-based license with any other party, nor share your login credentials for a pay-per-view license with any party.


The following are prohibited uses of the Resume Database and the information obtained from it:

(a) for any purpose other than as an employer seeking employees. This includes, but is not limited to, advertising promotions, products, or services to any resume holders.

(b) to send excessive frequency emails, text messages or make phone calls to resume holders that are irrelevant to their work history or location or unlikely to be of interest to them, as determined by Azizijobs sole discretion.

(c) to make unsolicited phone calls, faxes, or send unsolicited mail, email, or newsletters to resume holders or contact any individual who has not agreed to be contacted, or who has informed you that they do not want to be contacted. If express consent is not required, then the individual must not have informed you that they do not want to be contacted.

(d) to source candidates or contact job seekers or resume holders regarding career fairs and business opportunities that are prohibited by these Terms.

(e) take any other action that Azizijobs, in its sole discretion, considers inconsistent with these Terms of Use, misleading or incomplete, or in violation of any Federal, State, Local law, statute, code, rule, or regulation.


4. Additional Terms Applicable to Job Seeker.

When you sign up for an account on any Azizijobs website, you will be asked to provide certain information, such as your name, zip code, career and education level, and a valid email address. You may be able to log in using your Facebook, Google, or another account. Any profile or resume you submit must accurately represent you as an individual and not include any contact information other than your name.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and content of any resume or materials you upload to the Azizijobs sites. Azizijobs may offer third-party products or services based on your preferences, and these may be offered by Azizijobs or third parties.

You understand that you do not own your Azizijobs account, and if you cancel it or it is terminated, your account information, including resumes, profiles, cover letters, saved jobs, and questionnaires, may be deleted from Azizijobs' databases and public areas of the site. Third parties may retain saved copies of your information, and there may be delays in deleting it from Azizijobs' servers. Please see the Azizijobs Privacy Policy for more information.


Azizijobs has the right to delete your account and any information associated with it if you remain inactive for a significant period of time.

 

5. User Content and Submission

You understand that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, advertisements, messages or other materials submitted, posted or displayed by You on or through a Azizijobs Site ("User Content") is the sole responsibility of the person from which such User Content originated. Azizijobs claims no ownership or control over any User Content. You or a third party licensor, as appropriate, retain all patent, trademark and copyright to any User Content you submit, post or display on or through Azizijobs and you are responsible for protecting those rights, as appropriate. By submitting, posting or displaying User Content on or through Azizijobs, you grant Azizijobs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, distribute and publish such User Content through Azizijobs. In addition, by submitting, posting or displaying User Content which is intended to be available to the general public, you grant Azizijobs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, adapt, distribute and publish such User Content for the purpose of promoting Azizijobs and its services. Azizijobs will discontinue this licensed use within a commercially reasonable period after such User Content is removed from Azizijobs. Azizijobs reserves the right to refuse to accept, post, display or transmit any User Content in its sole discretion.

You also represent and warrant that You have the right to grant, or that the holder of any rights, including moral rights in such content has completely and effectively waived all such rights and validly and irrevocably granted to You the right to grant, the license stated above. If You post User Content in any public area of any Azizijobs Site, you also permit any User to access, display, view, store and reproduce such User Content for personal use. Subject to the foregoing, the owner of such User Content placed on any Azizijobs Site retains any and all rights that may exist in such User Content. Azizijobs may review and remove any User Content that, in its sole judgment, violates these Terms, violates applicable laws, rules or regulations, is abusive, disruptive, offensive or illegal, or violates the rights of, or harms or threatens the safety of, Users of any Azizijobs Site. Azizijobs reserves the right to expel Users and prevent their further access to the Azizijobs Sites and/or use of Azizijobs Services for violating the Terms or applicable laws, rules or regulations. Azizijobs may take any action with respect to User Content that it deems necessary or appropriate in its sole discretion if it believes that such User Content could create liability for Azizijobs, damage Azizijobs' brand or public image, or cause Azizijobs to lose Users or (in whole or in part) the services of its ISPs or other suppliers.

Azizijobs does not represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of User Content, derivative works from User Content, or any other communications posted by Users nor does Azizijobs endorse any opinions expressed by Users. You acknowledge that any reliance on material posted by other Users will be at Your own risk.

The following is a partial list of User Content that is prohibited on the Application. The list below is for illustration only and is not a complete list of all prohibited User Content.

Content that:

  • is implicitly or explicitly offensive, such as User Content that engages in, endorses or promotes racism, bigotry, discrimination, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;

  • harasses, incites harassment or advocates harassment of any group or individual;

  • involves the transmission of “junk mail”, “chain letters,” or unsolicited mass mailing, “spamming” or “phishing”;

  • promotes or endorses false or misleading information or illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous;

  • promotes or endorses an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as providing or making available pirated computer programs or links to them, providing or making available information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing or making available pirated music or other media or links to pirated music or other media files;

  • contains restricted or password only access pages, or hidden pages or images;

  • displays or links to pornographic, indecent or sexually explicit material of any kind;

  • provides or links to material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual, violent or other manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18; or

  • provides instructional information about illegal activities or other activities prohibited by these Terms, including without limitation, making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, providing or creating computer viruses or pirating any media; and

  • solicits passwords or personal identifying information from other Users.
